01 · Day 1

Send your CV, a portfolio, or a link to something you made. Cover letters optional, we’d rather see the work.
02 · Week 1
First call
45 minutes with two of us: what you’ve built, what you want to build next. Ask us anything about the studio.
03 · Week 2
Paid trial project
A real, scoped piece of work, paid at our contractor rate. Around 8–12 hours. Nothing like a take-home exam.
04 · End of Week 2
Team day & offer
A day meeting the team. If it’s a fit, we make an offer the same week. No ghosting, no multi-round loops.
Two weeks from hello to offer.
