REPORTS TO
Principal Engineer
You’ll build the AI systems our clients actually run in production: agents, retrieval pipelines, and the glue that makes them reliable.
You work close to the problem, talk directly to clients, and own your work from scoping to ship.
Design and build production agents and workflow systems.
Own features end to end, from scoping through deployment and monitoring.
Write evals and guardrails so what we ship stays reliable.
Work directly with clients to turn fuzzy problems into shipped systems.
Several years shipping production software, ideally with LLMs or ML systems.
Strong in TypeScript or Python and comfortable across the stack.
You’ve owned real systems in production, not just prototypes.
A clear communicator who can work directly with non-technical clients.
Experience with evals, guardrails, or LLM observability tooling.
You’ve worked in a small studio or agency setting before.
Open-source work we can look at.
